Call for Papers (CFPs)
A Call for Papers (CFP) represents a session proposal — the talk, workshop, or presentation you intend to submit to events. CFPs are created at the organization level and can be reused across multiple event submissions.
Before creating a CFP, an organization must have been created first!
CFP Details

| Session Type | Yes | The format of the session. One of: GENERAL, WORKSHOP, LIGHTNING_TALK, KEYNOTE, or OTHER. |
| Title | Yes | Title of the session proposal. Maximum 200 characters. |
| Description | No | Full abstract or description of the session content. Maximum 5000 characters. |
| Tags | No | Up to 50 tags to categorize the session topic. Each tag is limited to 50 characters. |
| Slide Asset URL | No | URL to the slide deck or presentation materials (e.g., a Google Slides or Speaker Deck link). |
| Other Asset URL | No | URL to any other supporting asset (e.g., a demo repository or supplemental document). |

The CFP Submissions section on a CFP's detail page provides a read-only view of every event this session proposal has been submitted to. Submissions are created from the event detail page, not here.

| Event | The name of the event the CFP was submitted to. Links to the event detail page. |
| Speaker | The speaker who presented this session. Links to the speaker detail page. |
| Sponsored | Whether the speaker's attendance at this event is sponsored. |
| Accepted | Whether the submission was accepted by the event organizers. |
